## Structure
- Multi-page marketing site: shared `SiteHeader`/`SiteFooter` in `__root.tsx`; routes are `/`, `/about`, `/services` (services.index.tsx), `/services/$slug`, `/projects`, `/faqs`, `/contact`. Shared content (services, steps, FAQs, contact details) lives in `src/lib/site.ts`; shared UI bits (PageHero, CtaBand, buttons) in `src/components/ui-bits.tsx`. Why: one data source keeps nav, footer and pages in sync.
